Dan Berlin is a dynamic coach, teacher, host, producer, writer and reporter with 20 years of sports television, radio and new media experience at the national network level.
Dan’s passion for sports reared its ugly head early on when he was grounded at age seven for silently staying up past midnight to watch Monday Night Football.
Aside from these late 4th quarter heroics, at the heart of what makes Dan tick is his passion for people and sport. He’s a true storyteller; whether its producing major sporting events for television, hosting a national talk radio show, or blogging about the latest scandals in sport for the web, Dan always finds a creative and entertaining approach that keeps the audience on its toes.
Dan enters his fourth year as an instructor in the School of Journalism and RTA School of Media, where he teaches a variety of courses to first and second-year students. His goal? To inspire, motivate and share his passion for sports and learning.
Most recently, Dan has appeared on CTV News Channel as a football analyst and on CBC Radio as sports host on Metro Morning.
