The GTA’s premiere minute taking company, Minutes Solutions, is looking for qualified minute takers to join our roster. We are currently looking for up to three minute takers/recording secretaries in Toronto, on a part time basis, for both daytime and evening meetings at a frequency of approximately 2-10 meetings per month. Our minute takers serve as the recording secretary at Board Meetings, and our transcriptions serve as a concise recap of the meeting, covering what topics were covered and decided upon. The minutes are not verbatim, so it is important to be able to distill what to include in the official meeting records (Training will be provided). Experience in note taking, writing, and minute taking are considered assets.

If you can commute, we can also offer supplemental meetings at various locations throughout the GTA. Please send your resume with a corresponding cover letter. Cover letters are highly encouraged, as this should give us an idea of your writing style, grammatical ability, availability and description of your experience.

Compensation is done on a “per meeting – project” basis, and will vary based on experience.
